Terms Of Service
By commissioning Mythrillen, the commissioner is stating that they have read everything below and agree with all given statements.•When commissioning Mythrillen, all prices will be discussed in USD.•The estimated and average turn around time is up to 3 months, however, it may vary due to queue size or real life events.•Clients will receive messages and be kept up to date throughout the whole commissioning process.•No refunds will be given once Mythrillen begins working on any given requested piece.•Full payments must be made upfront, with the only exception being commissions over $100, in which case, a split payment can be discussed.•The commissioner is expected to provide a full description of what they want, Mythrillen will ask brief questions to make sure the final product is nailed down to perfection.•If posting the commissioned pieces on social media or any other platforms, Mythrillen must be properly credited for their work.•Upon request, clients may receive both SFW and NSFW versions of their reference sheets.•Clients will receive a full resolution png file of their commissioned piece.•Clients may crop and resize a commissioned piece for icons, headers, banners, etc for non commercial use.•Commercial use must be discussed beforehand, failure to do so will result in blacklisting or a "beware" post.•Only Mythrillen is allowed to modify the commissioned pieces.•Clients are allowed to print the commissioned artwork for personal and non-profit use, such as to decorate a room.•ID verification is mandatory in order to commission any type of suggestive or explicit NSFW artwork.•Telegram, Discord and any other communication platforms will be used only for the purposes of discussing commissions.•Clients will be promptly informed of any delays through the existing communication channels.
